Canoeing on Lake Wanaka

Dear Michael

Our time spent at the Wanaka Lakehouse has been a time filled with warmth, love and comfort. It has been the perfect compliment to our phase in life; our transition to making New Zealand home. We decided to make our move to Wanaka permanent while living at the Lakehouse and it’s no wonder. The house has a magical, whimsical and loving feeling that mirrors the magic of the nountains, the beauty of the lake and the comfort of living in a small town.

I’ve never seen my children so happy, swimming in the pool with their friends or engaging in long, thoughtful conversations at the dining table with the stunning views of the lake and the mountains as their backdrop.

We’ve enjoyed the house through stormy, windy nights where it’s so easy to get cosy by the fire. And on brilliant sunny days, it’s so easy to feel as if you’re living outdoors with all the windows and doors open.

There is an ease that washes over you after spending time at you’re your house. The smell of the wood, the shimmering pool and the amazingly comfortable beds ensure a good nights sleep.

We will be sad to leave the loving arms of your house and grateful for the harmony it provided during our time of transition. It is truly a remarkable place and will hold a special place in our hearts.

Warmest wishes.
